This four-panel composition functions as a modular field rather than a single continuous image. Each square isolates a distinct interaction between turquoise expanses and earth-toned formations, suggesting shoreline, sediment, or aerial topography without fully resolving into landscape.

The work balances fluid and granular textures. Saturated blues press against rusted browns and mineral whites, creating zones of compression and release. Edges appear eroded, as if shaped by slow accumulation rather than gesture alone.

Although abstract, the panels imply mapping — fragments of a larger terrain interrupted and rearranged. The sea is not depicted as horizon or wave, but as surface meeting resistance.

Taken together, the quadrants operate as a study of boundary:
where water disperses, where land asserts, where color becomes structure.
