Shipping
All artworks are carefully prepared and shipped from the United States.
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
Domestic delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
International delivery times vary depending on destination.
Each artwork is professionally packaged to ensure safe transit. Tracking information is provided once the shipment has been dispatched.
For large-scale works or special delivery requirements, we will contact you directly to coordinate logistics.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. Any such charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the artwork arrives damaged.
Return requests submitted after 14 days from the date of delivery cannot be accommodated.
In the rare event that an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide detailed photographs of both the packaging and the artwork. We will review the case and work promptly toward an appropriate resolution.
