  • The Spring 2020 series was created as a response to changes in people's lives and behavior during the lockdown period of 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The works are portraits of people in a new reality. "Stay Home" is a self-portrait in a special protective suit. Glued directly onto the canvas over the human image are tickets and boarding passes that were used in 2019 and are no longer available in 2020. Despite these details, worries about disrupted plans fade into the background due to the suit, which recalls the danger of the disease and the number of deaths it brought.
